Development in east London is for housing association Guinness Partnerships
Henry has bagged an 拢115m contract to build a mixed-use development with 500 apartments (pictured) in Bromley-by-Bow, east London.
The job is for housing association Guinness Partnership, which is building a total of 900 homes on the Imperial Street site.
Henry will design and build the first phase of the scheme, which will feature around 3,600m2 of community, commercial and retail space, as well as a basement and energy centre.
Henry will be joined by project manager and cost consultant Arcadis, M&E engineer Hoare Lea and structural engineer Waterman. The architect is Assael.
The contractor won the job through a negotiated procedure.
Henry, which is based in Hounslow, is working on the second phase of a 拢200m scheme to turn a former barracks in Brighton in to student flats while in south London it is turning the former headquarters of Croydon council into 500 homes.
