Consultant to provide several services including overseeing demolition and appointing supply chain
Gleeds has won a deal from developer Danescroft Land to provide cost and management services for 拢275m of residential developments within the M25.
The first phase of works on the schemes will involve feasibility studies for three brownfield and greenfield sites at Bromley-by-Bow, Hammersmith and West Drayton.
The projects comprise both commercial and residential units, with Gleeds advising on development management, assisting during planning and appointing the supply chain.
When work starts on the Bromley regeneration development, Gleeds鈥 role will involve managing the demolition, brownfield site redevelopment and associated infrastructure works.
In West Drayton, the firm will be responsible for overseeing demolition works, and supervising the construction of 88 new homes.
The Hammersmith scheme will involve the conversion of 2,000 sqm of existing office space into 53 apartments.
