Galliford Try will build two plots, 1 Ashley Road and 2 Ashley Road, providing a total of 281 homes.

The site at 1 Ashley Road (pictured) will feature 183 private sale apartments across two towers of 12 and 18 storey towers, designed by Alison Brooks Architects. Interior design is being carried out by Conran and Partners.

The plot at 2 Ashley Road, designed by Pollard Thomas Edwards, will comprise 70 private sale and 28 shared ownership properties across two adjoining 14- and five-storey buildings, with ground floor retail, communal areas and landscaping. Sage Housing has been appointed to operate the shared ownership units.

Meanwhile, United Living will build 131 council-owned homes to be provided at council rents in partnership with Haringey council on the third site at Welbourne. This has also been designed by Pollard Thomas Edwards.

Other parts of the scheme, which is close to Tottenham Hotspur鈥檚 stadium and was approved in 2018, include Ferry Island and North Island by AHMM, with 619 homes, shops, a cinema and a two-storey pavilion to shield a new square from the road.

The 拢500m Tottenham Hale scheme is on the edge of the Lea Valley in an area that is undergoing major redevelopment. In all, more than 1,000 homes will be built at the development.
