Chief operating officer left the firm last month after three years
Interserve has appointed Bouygues chief operating officer Craig Tatton as the managing director of its regional building business.
Tatton (pictured), who has joined the main board of the firm鈥檚 construction division, left Bouygues last month after three years.
Prior to that, he held managing director roles at Willmott Dixon and ISG over a nine year period, and was also an operations manager at Laing O鈥橰ourke for 16 years until 2002.
Interserve鈥檚 regional building business works out of 10 UK offices with turnover of around 拢500m. It typically undertakes refurbishment and new build projects generally up to 拢50m within sectors including health, education, justice, defence, civil government and commercial.
It said Tatton, along with the local leadership teams, will continue to focus on organic growth and work with the wider construction board in supporting the development of projects up to 拢250m.
Gordon Kew, managing director of Interserve, added that as an experienced senior executive, Tatton鈥檚 track record of delivering organic growth is 鈥渆nviable鈥�.
