New plans revealed by Crown Estate to extend Leicester鈥檚 Fosse Park shopping outet
The Crown Estate has submitted plans for a 150,000ft虏 extension of its Leicester retail park to include 26 new shops and a landmark new Next store.
The Crown Estate has reached agreement to buy the 12.5-acre Castle Acres site to allow a major extension to Fosse Park shopping outlet. A joint application has been submitted to Blaby Disctrict Council by the Crown Estate, Next and Everards Brewery for the scheme, which would create approximately 1,100 jobs.

The site purchase and funding of the new development is conditional upon planning permission being granted by the local authority.
