High profile development is now 84% let
British Land and Oxford Properties have secured three more lettings for its Leadenhall ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV tower in the City, popularly known as the ‘Cheesegrater’.
The Cheesegrater, one of the most high profile developments since the financial crisis, built by Laing O’Rourke, is now 84% let.
Brit Insurance, Spanish bank Banco Sabadell and investment management firm Kames Capital have taken a combined 100,000 sq ft of space in the building.
Other tenants already signed up include the building’s architect, Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, and insurance firms Aon and Amlin.
