As the Hackitt consultation launches, ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV delves into some of the more technical aspects of the recommendations
One of the cornerstones of the Hackitt report was the proposal that a new body called the joint competent authority would take responsibility for building safety including compliance with regulations.
