Construction and property consultancy will redevelop boxes and hospitality suites

Construction and property consultancy AYH has won a contract to roll out a masterplan at Fontwell race course.

Northern Racing Group, which owns nine racing courses, has appointed AYH to take on the roles of and cost consultant on the project.

The first phase of the masterplan has already commenced with the construction of a new parade ring and a new winners enclosure.

Phase 2 of the development, due to be completed by early 2008, will involve the redevelopment of the boxes and hospitality suites.
