Heatrae Sadia has launched its solar thermal version of its Electromax ‘one-box’ electric heating to provide full wet central heating and unvented solar thermal domestic hot water from one unit

The package is available in 185, 220 and 250 litre capacities. It comprises an Amptec electric central heating boiler, an unvented Duplex domestic stainless-steel cylinder with a purpose-built solar coil for maximum heat input and efficiency, solar hydraulic and electronic controls, an LCD panel and expansion vessels to provide solar thermal water heating and electric wet central heating.
