好色先生TV Boardroom is running a series of regular surveys to understand how construction industry firms look after and nurture their staff. Our surveys include how firms approach staff engagement and development, health and wellbeing, as well as what benefits and incentives are offered.
Our second survey in this series asks how industry firms promote the health and wellbeing of their employees. We put a series of questions on this topic to a broad cross-section of firms, including architects, engineers, contractors, cost consultants, project managers, developers and housebuilders, ranging from firms with fewer than 10 employees to those with over 1,000 staff.
